With our Annual Fund playing an essential role in the delivery of classroom resources, there’s not a single course that isn’t directly impacted by gifts to the school. As the school lives its mission to be as accessible as possible by keeping tuition as affordable as we can, your gifts are felt profoundly in the classrooms. Grades 8 through 12 all benefit from this investment and it enriches the experience on a near daily basis. Basically, your gift made a difference in one of our girls’ lives today.

Wide-ranging counselling services are firmly embedded in the life of the school and integrated into the delivery of curriculum. Though one of the first strategic priorities we tackled in this Strategic Plan, the continued resources necessary to enable such a robust student-focused program is only possible through annual giving.

We are okay with the fact that many of our campus enhancements go mostly unnoticed. That’s because facility maintenance and upgrades get noticed when something has gone awry. When it happens quietly, without fanfare, our facilities can simply be one more tool for delivering the educational experience the girls come to know and love. So, while there was no ribbon cutting, we quietly invested significant resources across our school this past year, almost entirely thanks to the Annual Fund.

We are always actively seeking out ways to improve the learning environment that actively encourages women to pursue their passion, regardless of whether the subject matter has "non-traditional" gender bias. This is no more so evident than the revolution of our ICT course this year into a progressive STEM course offer for our girls. It's a change that would not have been possible without the Annual Fund and will take a giant leap forward next year thanks to the Technology Campaign.
