LFA Alum Lucy Borowski '21 named to Volleyball Canada's NextGen Team!

Volleyball Canada was pleased to announce the athletes named to its 2023 Women’s NextGen team recently, and amongst the distinguished group of athlete's was LFA's own Lucy Borowski '21

The team began training in Richmond, British Columbia on May 24.

They will be kicking off the season by hosting St. Mary’s College (CA) at the Richmond Olympic Oval for training and a series of friendly matches in June. The NextGen team will also be attending the following competitions later in the season:

- U23 PanAm Cup – Obregón, Mexico, July 17 – 23
- NORCECA Final 6 – Dominican Republic, August 18 – 26

LFA is incredibly proud to see one of our dedicated student athletes continue to see such success at the next level. We wish Lucy and the entire NextGen team the best of luck as they embrace the competition ahead.
