Rookies Win!

The Angels were backstopped once again by Gigi who stood her ground all game long.  While there were several chances throughout the game, it was not until late in the game where the Tupper goalie came out of her net to play a puck, but an alert Amy grabbed the loose puck and shot on the empty net from the face off circle to seal the deal and win 1-0.  With many Angels playing their very first game and some "vets" who have played for the school for the last year, every single player contributed to a strong effort.  A special shout out to Sienna, Bianca, and Amy who anchored the forward lines and the defense of Leah, Annabel, and Eli who were a wall on the blue line!  Sofia P was all over the ice both as a forward and a defender!  Well done, Angels!
