Sr Volleyball Finishes 6th at AAA Provincials!

From Thursday, November 28th to Saturday, November 30th, our Sr Volleyball Angels culminated their season at the AAA Provincial Championships hosted at Sentinel Secondary School. 

After exiting pool play with a 1-2 record, the Angels had a tough draw against L.V. Rogers. The team however rose to the occasion, coming away with a resounding three sets to zero victory. In the Quarterfinal match-up the Angels were paired off against the host team, Sentinel. After exchanging sets, the Angels ultimately fell to Sentinel 3-1 in a hard fought match. 

In the consolation bracket the Angels responded with a strong win against Vernon. The team closed off the tournament with a close game against College Heights, ultimately finishing in 6th place. 

Special recognition is deserved for our two 2nd-Team All-stars: Reese Landry and Grace Mariott. Way to go Angels, congrats on a terrific season!
